Representation Summary:
Under Chapter 9, Transport and Accessibility, section 8 I am surprised at description 'could be slight' positive effects. I would have thought 'will be slight and possibly significant' positive effects would be more apposite; for section 9 I demur from the description 'no significant positive effects' and think it should be replaced by 'there will be at least a number of slight positive effects and quite likely significant positive effects'.
