Our concerns are based on preserving Hastings long standing position as a centre for bowling, especially indoor bowls. We consider EN5 fails to be sound as sports open spaces are already being used for housing development.
We request the plan to include the Hastings Plan 2004 sports & leisure sections as this clearly demonstrates the needs of Hastings residents.

We believe the Policy to be unsound because it is lacking in undertakings regarding indoor bowls facilities necessary updates. Hastings is the only town in the South East without sound indoor bowling facilities where the disabled can be properly catered for.
