Inspector's Preliminary Findings on HBC Development Management Plan (ID/9)

Representation ID: 9658

Received: 25/03/2015

Representation Summary:

I object to omission of my Clients' land from housing allocation and its continued designation as a Local Wildlife Site.

This is particularly so given that the Inspector proposes that several sites within the immediate locality should be deleted as Housing Allocations thus leading to an even greater shortfall in housing land supply to meet the Council's aspirations for the area and also across the Borough as a whole.

To do otherwise would be perverse and my Clients would then need to seriously consider bringing an action in the High Court.

Inspector's Preliminary Findings on HBC Development Management Plan (ID/9)

Representation ID: 9701

Received: 27/03/2015

Representation Summary:

I am the owner of the land at Rear of Old London Road. This land was allocated for development for some thirty years. I have bought 28 separate plots and paid £1.5 million. Due to general economic condition and down turn in the property market, after purchasing I was unable to develop. If I was allowed to develop, I intend to use a part of the land for development and the remaining of the land for public access as open space/ recreational facility. This is a private land. Don't force me or expect me to give the land for free.
