Appendix 1 attached contains an up to date (March 2015) Land Registry Title Plan (no.EXX140891) showing the central and western part of the land in the control of Mr Cooper. The land marked '2' is the part incorporating the veterinary surgery building, parking and associated area to be retained as existing, and the area to the west marked '1' that is available as an extension to the housing allocation the subject of draft policy SH1. MM6 is supported by Mr Cooper and the Land Registry Title Plan confirms the extent of the proposed western boundary of the housing extension area.

Qualified support: No objection to this modification providing that a sufficient buffer between the new site boundary and St Helen's Wood LWS remains.

Sandrock Hall Estate is adjacent to the St Helens Park Nature Reserve with a very large badger sett in the eastern section wooded area of the estate some ten years ago we enjoyed visiting member's gardens here and saw numbers of native reptiles on our various visits. Wildlife are very much resident in this locality and should be catered for correctly.
