The site is suitable for additional employment floorspace and comprises a natural extension to the established Ivyhouse Lane Industrial Estate. The estate is popular with a range of local and regional businesses and is capable of delivery in the short to medium term. In addition to jobs and inward investment, development of the estate will bring other benefits including the potential to formalise the northern boundary of the estate and an opportunity to improve road and pedestrian links across the estate.
