Disgusting way you behaved. A historic valuable building destroyed for profit. Outline planning permission given before the consultation complete. You allowed the developer to level a historic Victorian garden without any ecological survey. You allowed the developer to kick out the nursing home residents & demolished the building for profit. The legal agreement it was subject to was ignored. Rather than redevelop & keep the existing building you went for max net capacity. You say previously no comments, but I opposed the application and did previously comment.

Planning permission has been given.
Osborne House a Victorian heritage asset has been demolished even after several protests. The large wildlife area has not been properly protected and a Section 106 agreement made between the developers and the relevant wildlife groups.

The area of the site has been reduced from 2.97 hectares to 2.80 hectares? Proper enforcement has not been carried out.
