The houses opposite are two storey. The Bexhill Road is an extremely busy road and at its junction with Harley Shute Road has traffic lights and access from an underground car park on the corner will be extremely difficult. ESCC Highways will need to be consulted.

If houses were to replace these tall flats the number would be 6-8.
