Site has extant outline permission(HS/OA/07/00895) for 36 dwellings subject to planning agreement which provides for indexed linked financial contributions towards play area and transport improvements, but, no requirement for affordable housing.
Not appropriate to include the site as a housing 'allocation' as it is now a housing 'commitment' with the extant planning permission. If the site is to be allocated, this permission should be recognised and referred to in paragraph 6.62 as this comprises a material consideration in determining any alternative planning application.
As the extant permission doesn't require a transport report/affordable housing, these should not be required in Policy.
