I would like to see further clarification of the statement "Amenity of residents". The current houses are split level and have been designed with all rooms enjoying the meadow view. As the meadow is now being considered for two blocks of flats within 10 metres of the existing properties, I can not see how the removal of existing views can considered as amenity.
