we feel that this area is already to densly
populated,
we have seen first hand ,how this works
we had 45 flats built behind us on glen land in an already densly populated area
its madness to add even more
I cant belive you are even considering the impact this will have
it creates soo much ,litter /noise /traffic/
parking. not to mention the history of the area you will destroy
We hope you throught this through ,and throw this one out,FOR GOOD

It is really important in this already densely over-populated region to cap the no. of housing dwellings and set a limit. This area has already been described as over-populated and highly deprived - it is really important not to create a ghetto, but to develop high qualiity well designed housing that will attract new people to the area to support it's development. Over-crowded housing in this area will not create the development as outlined previously. 30 dwellings should be absolutely maximum and even 30 dwellings would mean small, pokey housing that will not attract the desired mix.
