What is the reason for not stipulating height of the development at this point. In ordert o conserve the area and to develop an area that entices creative businesses and appropriate development it would be important to stipulate that height should not exceed two floors as otherwise this will be detrimantal to the look and feel of the area. We already have ocean house - th ebiggest eyesore ever to be allowed in the localitya nd it is really importnat for development's sake that no such development is ever allowed again.
