ALL development along The Ridge is not a good idea with the impending BHLR poised to create a massive increase in traffic. A large development like this on a "dodgy" corner site is bound to add more danger to a dangerous traffic area.

This area is used it is appreciated by local residents who often walk through this area including dog walks. It's one of the only areas of woodland left on The Ridge and it's home to wildlife and greenery.
It will cause The Ridge to be even busier than it is currently and will increase the congestion greatly and there isn't any easy access to this plot of land.
Along with site SH2 this is going to cause a total of 110 houses to be built in a small area and this will cause the area to be extremely over developed.
