This site may well be outside the main centre of Hastings but it is still close to residential housing and the noise from any wind turbines would affect residents human rights.This is a typically unthought and inconsiderate plan by this council with little consideration givent to the welfare of residents.It is well recorded that these turbines emit distressing continual noises when in operation.And their efficiency has been called into question.Is this yet another attempt by this council to try and prove their commitment to the carbon footprint reduction? If so, it is a pretty poor demonstration.
