This site is unsuitable for any form of residential use.It is located on a fast, dangerous, unlit road with no pedestrian crossing facilities.The admission that this site is of ecological importance further adds to the wonderment that any planning officer would recommend such a site for such useage.No public consultation has taken place and the planning application is due to go to Committee at the end of February 2013 so one has to question the validity of this consultation.Why consult on a site which is coming up for planning decision long before this consultation is completed.
