The basis of objection is as for LRA1 & LRA viz.claims that homes are "necessary" in this area/traffic impact/flood risk/loss of open space. I note for all 3 sites that the Highways Agency has voiced its concerns re: ALL developments in Focus Area 1 - with good cause.It is also telling that mention is made of the elevation of this site and the negative aesthetic impact a development here would make: I agree with this sentiment.Many people oppose developing these 3 sites,but don't have the time/wherewithal to do so: I speak for them.And 100 words per submission is too restrictive!
