Option C allows an integrated community vision for Speckled Wood as a major local greenspace and integral Ore Valley/ Ore Village Greenway link project. A protected Greenspace strategy with a Greenway is supported by Ore Community Land Trust, Hastings Urban Bikes, Ore Valley Women's institute,
Hastings Academy, Hastings College, and Sussex wild life trust. Some micro housing sites similar tothe school lane project may help with Greenspace funding. Victoria Avenue housing might be reviewed in due course as it conflicts with The borough's own LDF (loss of Strategic Views)
