We are puzzled that this section only refers to Use Class A uses and doesnt mention guidance for D2 uses in town centres that provide complimentary vitality. Para 3.22 even states that 'different complimentary uses during the day and in the evening can reinforce each other...' yet there is no guidance for any other use.

Item 23 on page 7 of the NPPF states that a range of suitable sites should be allocated to meet the scale and type of retail, leisure, commercial, office, tourism, cultural, community and residential development needed in town cemntres.
