White Rock Gardens are only partly in this area, but the role of The Oval as the Central St Leonards' rather limited version of the West and East Hills should not be ignored.
Although the Planning Focus Areas were 'developed' according to a range of criteria, and labelled as 'not for consultation' when they were introduced, that 'development' obviously continued, resulting in the removal of Horntye Park from this area, and the splitting of SOA006E. This provides justification for my suggestion that you should ignore the SOA 011D/011C boundary and include the Gensing Farm area in Focus Area 6
