Large scale map showing development sites, all protected greenspace, allotments, SSSI etc. The Greenway clearly marked up on the plan. Sports & recreation areas - standards of provision for play areas for children. Gardens to dwellings to be a minimum of 10m for family dwellings including any flats (private space). 2004 Plan L3 Development only inside Development Area. CI3 Childrens Play Provision is totally inadequate 600m or 15/20mins walking distance - totally unsuitable for children.
