A new facility is contained within the Hastings Plan 2004 and needs to be included in any new strategy to ensure the health of more mature people in the main but all ages and levels of fitness.

We believe the Policy to be unsound because it is lacking in undertakings regarding indoor bowls facilities necessary updates. Hastings is the only town in the South East without sound indoor bowling facilities where the disabled can be properly catered for.
