A conference and banqueting centre stands idle, it's now in the Queensway Employment Corridor. Britain's economy across the period 1997-2007 was debt fuelled. Hastings borough council, Sea Space, Hastings & Bexhill Taskforce, Irish Banks, East Sussex Energy Infrastructure and Development, are irresponsible. What seemed like a good way of burning-off a wad of cash years ago doesn't look so clever now.
