This area as identified within the Plan should not be considered in isolation and should have due regard to the adopted Rother District Council Local Plan (2006) Policy - HF1 which includes land within Rother which abuts Site E11. This is a site which the respective Councils should commence a dialogue and cooperate on, in order to ensure respective interests are fully considered.

This site is within the High Weald AONB. Although this was taken into account in allocating the site for development we would like to see tree planting incorporated into future developments. Links to comments on site E10. Access. The suggested wording should include mention of how additional traffic will be managed. Existing traffic causes difficulties in Ivyhouse Lane
