Infrastructure not adequate, more traffic, over populated, not enough water as it is, Ridge and Hastings cannot cope with any more traffic, schools, doctors, hospital shortage

D50 40 & 41 Wellington Square -has now been completed, rather well I think, and shows the potential for the restoration of Wellington Square residentially. I believe work on D52 is in hand.
