Representation Summary:

I am in general support of both the above recommendations with the proviso that both buildings retain their current architectural character. Holmsdale Gardens is a conservation area. Also the grounds are preserved as garden/parking/open space and new properties not built on this land. The perimeter walls (those that border Holmsdal Gardens) are in very poor condition and their restoration should be included in any refurbishment work by developers.

The existing buildings should be retained and converted to provide housing with new extensions at rear if required.
