I support a MORE stringent policy. Surely, this is a "no-brainer" in a drought-ridden area like ours?

Support Option 3 - more stringent guidance in compliance with
guidance from the Environment Agency. If this stifles development, it is questionable whether the development should take place at all. There is no mention of flood risk assessment, which is increasingly an issue, and should presumably be included in this area of policy
