Development Management Plan Consultation Document 3rd February - 27th April 2012

Representation ID: 2515

Received: 25/04/2012

Representation Summary:

It is important that relevant ground surveys and soil tests are submitted with the planning application, which is recommended by policy PPG14 so that interested parties are given an opportunity to comment, or object if they feel it necessary. Submitted geotechnical evidence after the planning application has been approved gives objectors little chance for input as the condition may be discharged without consultation.

It is perceived, wrongly, by the LPA that the 'experts' are right and that the local residents are NIMBY's that are 'objecting to the principal of development'.
