New nursery building to provide 2-3 forms of entry (p38) Hastings SW (mostly south St Leonards) has an immediate need for early years places, it is flagged HIGH priority on the schedule - but the delivery timing is MEDIUM TO LONGER TERM! Surely Immediate means now; the children will be maried before anything is provided if you stick to the schedule!

Do under 5's need education at the expense of lower achievers 16+ who need less academic training and more practical.
