The Core Strategy needs to explain how contributions will be secured from developments permitted during the period 2014-2028 towards off site infrastructure. This includes; sustainable accessibility improvements including a strategic network of cycle and pedestrian routes, and providing open space, children's play space and a network of green infrastructure.
