We really cannot understand this. How does selling open spaces for 50k fit in with providing open spaces? We object and the community objects. In secret you seek to supress their objection letters (they are not public) and hold a meeting with them hidden within a report for hte committee. This is not democratic.

Surely in areas where major new development is proposed with no access to open space, new provision will be required - not may be required?

In real terms, for South St Leonards, this equates to 'no future provision'.
