Delete, replace with: "The Library service in Hastings town is currently delivered from two locations: the main library in the Brassey Institute and the Children's Library in Robertson's Passage. There is a need to join the two libraries together in a single site to offer a holistic service to the people of Hastings and the surrounding catchment area. A capital sum has been allocated for the provision of a new library which will be achieved by redesigning and reconfiguring the Brassey Institute to provide a service which responds to the expressed needs of local residents - continued in paper rep.

Object to upgrading current library - this cannot be a good enough facility for today or the future. A new facility should be invested in and then promoted.
