It is not clear if the St Leonards Primary School (presumably St Leonards Church of England Primary School) has already got a new 30-place Pre-school, or got the funding for it, or just been approved for future funding. It is also not clear if those 30 places are as well as the 120-180 foreseeable places needed, or are inlcuded in the figures.
