The last sentence of paragraph 6.9 is untrue. It is suggested that the following text is added. "It must be emphasised that the IDP is concerned with infrastructure required to support development planned by this Core Strategy, rather than infrastructure improvements required to meet existing needs."

We note that our comments from 2008 have not been included in this informal document and request that the word 'cultural' is included in para 6.9 on page 26 for community infrastructure unless the term 'leisure facilities' incorporates your theatres and arts venues. For continuity and clarity your infrastructure items should reflect item 5 of the Sustainability Objectives on page 59 - social, cultural and recreational.
