We wish to object strongly on item 12. We have made it clear on a number of occasions to Planning that the infrastructure, particularly water and sewerage cannot cope with this amount of development. A large size of this area is unstable land as well. There is documentary evidence available from Southern Water on the water and sewerage problems.
