Representation Summary:

From past experience Design and Access Statements do not tell the planning committee members the whole truth about these sites....for example - on Robsack "A" the design and access statement states that existing properties are four bedroomed detached houses with garages and gardens and then goes on to state that the proposed development of five storey flats are of a similar design to nearby properties - a downright ambiguous statement...no use dishing out these statements if they are not adhered to is it?
