I would like you to include minimum standards for room sizes (e.g Parker Morris+10%) in order to reverse the gradual reduction in room sizes that has crept in over the last 30 years and thus require homes that are desirable and therefore contribute to sustainable communities and don't become the 'slum dwellings of the future'

Why then is the council seemingly intent of giving approval to more flats for families without any garden space? This is a total contradiction of the current local plan where it is stated that all homes for family occupation should have private garden space....

If there is demand for street play in existing streets we hope that plans will not be subject to lengthy and bureaucratic procedures.
