This approach currently fails to recognise that Central St Leonards also has some of the most architecturally significant housing stock in the Borough, especially around the Warrior Square and Burton St Leonards areas. It should be expanded to include that improvements to the housing stock should be sympathetic to and enhance this aspect of regeneration of this area.
