Representation Summary:
The site at Magdalen Road recently owned by a language school. The Holm Oak Grove is part of the bats foraging area. The acorn harvest is enjoyed by the resident badger clan; Birds and badgers forage in the life litter for worms and beetles the trees are important in the nesting season,with many Protected Species of wildlife foraging across the meadow including native reptiles. The wrong type of development will yield no lasting economic value to our unique seaside town.
