As recently, six months ago, the adjacent site at Ore Valley, Victoria Avenue after Careful Consideration of the environmental factor, the planning permission was granted (subject to 106 Agreement). After granting permission, how come you say that this land is not suitable for development due to environmental factor? What really happened within six months?
