Change HN6-Planning permission will not be granted unless:
The design, layout and massing of any amount of development that can be justified as enabling development is sympathetic to its surroundings, in order to minimise harm to the historic assets within the curtilage of the Former Convent of the Holy Child Jesus, the White Rock Pleasure Gardens and affected Conservation Areas.

This inclusion should assist in minimising the harm to all these very important assets that may result from any justified enabling development and minimise any negative impact to the under-realised tourism potential and regeneration of this deprived,but beautiful, seaside Borough.
