Qualified support recommending further strengthening of protection: For inclusion in HN6 to MM2 - Planning permission will not be granted unless:
The Italianate East Wing is retained.
Justification for the above inclusion - The Victorian society said it is well built and its demolition would be a waste of built resources and would result in a significant loss of significance. The east wing appears to have been designed in 1895 to compliment the earlier buildings and to provide an apropriat backdrop to the grade2 star listed EWPugin Chapel.
