Qualified support recommending further strengthening of protection: I believe the following change should be made to ensure the Hastings Local Plan is both legally sound and legally compliant with regard to the Former Convent of the Holy Child of Jesus:
Change MM2 to: Planning permission will not be granted for development within the curtilage of the Former Convent of the Holy Child Jesus unless it is enabling development to secure the long term suitable use and future of the existing Listed Buildings.
