Representation Summary:
Qualified support recommending further strengthening of protection: The Inspector's preliminary findings on the Local Plan - in particular the strictures on Robsack and the Convent - were greatly appreciated.
By way of feedback I would suggest the following for inclusion in Policy HN6:
Planning permission will not be granted for development within the curtilage of the Former Convent of the Holy Child Jesus unless
i) any 'enabling development' proposed is in accordance with national guidance, and
ii) the Italianate East Wing is retained.
