As lead petitioner for the 'Protect Robsack Meadow from Development' campaign I welcome the Inspector's findings that the site known as Robsack 'A' should be deleted from the Development Management Plan on the grounds that 'environmental and community considerations outweigh the need/requirement for housing development'. Deletion will secure the future of the ancient woodlands and the surrounding wildlife habitat for future generations to enjoy without fear of development.

I hope that this habitat is granted equal status as the surrounding ancient woodland of Robsack Wood and Church Wood which carry the status of Local Nature Reserve and Local Wildlife Site.
