From STAFF SCHOOL experience, I suggest "lead- time" to produce "Shaping Hastings"........
[including checks on all internal links to huge documents, checking all commissioned externally sourced reports - especially checking external "generic" reports fit for "ANYWHERE" equally as Hastings]..... must be a YEAR - AT VERY LEAST!
THAT WOULD MAKE THE 2012 STRATEGY CONSULTATION A PREDETERMINED CONCLUSION! Dare one say a "Sham"?
