Representation Summary:
Since the consultation document was produced the Link Road has been approved and the Communities and Local Government National Planning Policy Framework came into operation in March 2012.
In a recent HBC document it stated that the South East Plan has not been revoked? Some of the housing proposed adjacent to the Link Road should be taken into consideration in the figures for Hastings' provision.
