(1) Major Transport connections by road to London and Kent are of premier importance.
(2) Local Transport solutions must be found to rectify the catastrophic conditions of traffic along The Ridge which is congested by the Hospital, Fire Station, Three Schools, The Cemetery, Housing, and Industrial Sites. Until a solution is found and executed not another dwelling or industry should be allowed with any access to The Ridge
