Representation Summary:
Make sure all policy is clear, not open to too much interpretation and that where one policy "over-rides" another, that this is clear. Don't put in policies which sound "politically correct" but you have no intention to enforce in the future.
Ensure policy is easily understood by lay people not normally "au fait" wiht planning jargon.
