I would like to see a more flexible approach than in the proposed plan. I have an interest in land to the north west of Winchelsea Lane (ESX 9969)that, whilst on the edge of the AOB, is low grade agricultural land of no particular use, that has good access to the road and is already surrounded on more than two and a half sides by housing. I believe that the land could be brought into productive use for housing with minimum environmental impact. I am emailing your Peter Canavan with a sketch map and further details.
