3. - Levels of poverty and social exclusion will not be addressed by craning even more properties into Central St Leonards area - upgrading of existing properties and better infrastructure would help. For a more sustainable community reduce the numbers of one bedroom flats.
7. - Vibrant and locally distinctive communities are created and sustained - not by building more properties - sort out what we already have.
