Representation Summary:
This supports LTP objectives of improving safety, health and security, improving accessibility and enhancing social inclusion and improving quality of life. The inclusion of healthy biodiversity being recognised as a contributing factor to climate change mitigation is welcomed.
It is suggested that a statement is included for policies to indicate where they link with and/or complement other policies. For example, there are strong links between Proposed Policies E, F, G and H in terms of green infrastructure and biodiversity. Alternatively, it could be made clear that Policy E is an overarching Strategy that a number of policies contribute to.
